It is a flat out gorgeous morning and I am lazin’ around in bed still.  And when I get up from here — I’m headed to the hot tub.  Rough life! Glen’s been up and around and has corralled Dandy into the shower this morning and there’s a lot of ruckus going on. As long as they’re not using my good shampoo, we’re good.  : )

So last night the engagement party was a lot of fun — I was so right about things coming together when you have good company.  Jeff and Tina have a great bunch of friends — and we’re lucky to be counted as a couple of them.  There were 15 of us total and it was just a nice, easy evening of catching-up and getting-to- know. Lastly, this afternoon Glen and I and Tea are headed to Zoo Tunes to see Marc Cohn (Walking in Memphis) and Mary Chapin Carpenter (I Feel Lucky Tonight).  What a perfect day for an outside concert! What a lovely day to be alive and living the good life.
