I got a fun “surprise” box in the mail this week — this package of great goods from Yoplait through MyBlogSpark. It came with an exercise ball — which I clearly have not got blown up yet — a water bottle, a nice towel to take along to class and two coupons for some Yoplait yogurt.
Now fun free gift or not, I have to tell you that Yoplait is our go-to yogurt around here. Glen is a yogurt fiend and takes a couple every day for his lunch. He is big on the key lime flavor and I’m currently on a plain ole vanilla kick. For those waist watchers out there, did you know that Yoplait Light (and now Yoplait Greek too) is the only yogurt that Weight Watchers endorses? Best of all, it takes only two points. Nice!
I actually really like working out with exercise balls. For some reason it always seems a little more fun to be doing crunches on a ball or pushups from a ball.
